Barnali Choudhury is a lecturer at Queen Mary University of London.
With law degrees from Canada, the U.S., and Switzerland, her main areas of research are in corporate social responsibility and international investment law.
Her first book, Public Services and International Trade Liberalization: Human Rights and Gender Implications, was recently published by Cambridge University Press and she is the author of numerous journal articles.
Barnali has taught at law schools in New Zealand, Canada, and the U.S and was previously a law clerk at the ICC Court of Arbitration in Paris. She has also worked as a consultant at the World Trade Institute in Switzerland and has been a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg.
Prior to entering academia, Barnali worked as a corporate and international investment lawyer.
