4-5 November 2013
Several leading international scholars will address some key corporate governance themes and issues. The selected themes and issues are diverse, but of significant importance, dealing with aspects that can fundamentally shape the globalisation and internationalisation of corporate law and corporate governance over the next decade or so.
In order to expose other international scholars and practitioners to these key themes and issues, a maximum of 30 (thirty) delegates will be allowed to attend the Forum and participate in some Open Sessions.
There is no registration fee for attending the Forum. However, people interested in attending must register and in approximately 200 words indicate their interest in international corporate law and corporate governance themes and issues. The 30 (thirty) delegates will be registered for the Forum based on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once the 30 (thirty) places are filled, others will be kept on a waiting list and informed immediately if some of the initial 30 (thirty) registered delegates cannot attend any longer.
Morning and afternoon Tee/Coffee, Lunch and Dinner will be provided on Monday 4 November 2013 and morning and afternoon Tee/Coffee and Lunch on Tuesday 5 November 2013. However, please note:
All other costs and arrangements (like travel and accommodation) will be the responsibility of the registered delegates.
